Will probably say that it's in the "processing" stage for 2 months. Then it will cancel. Then you will get a text asking if you want a refund. Select an option. You will ask for a refund via text. Then 30. Days will pass. You will need to contact PayPal. They will give LG 20 business days to respond.

This is an amazing price for this product. I've heard stores of G5's getting way too hot. I wonder if that's an issue and the result is the price

I have a 77" G5 and haven't noticed it being any hotter than my previous G3 whenever I touch it on the backside after a few hours of use.


There's a lot of weird FUD around the G5 online but anecdotally it's just been a better version of the G3 I had before, with better colors and brightness.

More thinking about repair folks perhaps spreading the word. There's crime rings that break into some communities that are upwards of 40% vacation homes,

Let's be real this thing would have to hit $8k or $9k before most of us would even entertain the thought of it. You gotta have "f--- you money" to even consider dropping 20 grand on a TV.


This sector of tech moves so quickly these days, and stuff becomes obsolete so fast, it just doesn't make sense to pay such an amount for something that will feel "behind" within a couple years. Not to mention the fact that this doesn't even have the primary RGB tandem panel that's in the smaller sizes, effectively making this TV a beefed up G2.
