Looks like a good deal, but it uses USB to work. I was looking for something with a 3.5mm jack.

Is it USB C at least? I can't seem to find the info in the details and there's no pictures of the plug.

Based on the video game platform compatibility, it's USB A.

I tend to destroy headphones pretty quickly so for $9, sure, I'll take this as a backup headset with microphone

Does this work on Switch? It sounds like you have to connect via USB vs. headphone plug so that would mean no.

I got mine and they actually aren't bad. The ear pads are quite comfortable cloth covered memory foam style ones and I like them enough that I swapped them with the ones on my audiotechnica headphones (which worked with a bit of effort even though the ones that came on these headphones are originally designed to be held in place with clips running through them going from a plastic plate into the headphones).
I was thinking of replacing the ear pads on the audiotechnica headphones anyway which would have been like $5 so effectively that means that these headphones were like an extra $4 and I'll probably use them for traveling.
