Got one a few months ago.
Table top is just the usual laminated MDF but the frame is very sturdy.
I had a bunch of flower pots on it and now I have it next to the workout area to hold dumbbell sets.
Might get another one.
Thanks.

This small DUMOS desk is best as a basic, space saving work surface for light use. The frame gets praised as sturdy, assembly is easy, and it can handle everyday setups like a guest room desk, printer, flower pots, or dumbbell sets. The top is typical laminated MDF, and the compact size is a plus in tight spaces. The main drawback is wobble, especially for heavier or vibration prone gear like a 3D printer, and the photos may make it look larger than it is. A simple pick if you need a small desk and can keep the load modest.

Common Questions (5)

  • It can be sturdy for light to moderate use, with a laminated MDF top and a frame that holds flower pots, dumbbell sets, and a printer/DAS enclosure. It is also described as a basic desk that does not take up much space, but it may wobble with heavier or vibration-prone loads.

  • It can wobble, especially under typing or when used for a 3D printer. Some units are described as very sturdy with no wobbling, so the practical limit appears to be light-duty use rather than heavy equipment.

  • Yes. It is described as a small desk that does not take up much space and works well for occasional guest-room use.

  • Assembly is reported as easy. The desk is a simple small computer desk, so setup should be straightforward for most buyers.

  • Yes. A practical workaround is to replace or cover the top with a nicer board from a home improvement store, then sand and finish it to create a more solid wood table for less than buying a full wood desk.

Do not buy if you plan on using a 3D printer on it. It is really wobbly

Great basic desk for the price. Have one in our guest room for occasional use. Sturdy and doesn't take up much space.

Disregard the 4.6 average reviews and expect a small, crappy, wobbly desk so once it's put together and you end up with a small, crappy, wobbly desk, you won't be disappointed.

I don't think they went into into detail in the book, but Gulliver from Gulliver's Travels was in Lilliput to trade for a cargo hold full of tiny laptops.

Bought this junk last time. Cheaply made. It wobbles even while typing. I would suggest paying little more and get another decent one. And, don't know why these sellers have to manipulate their product pictures to make it look big. It's tiny. And the photo you see here is totally deceiving.

Mine is super sturdy. No wobbling. But I'm not putting 100 pound items on it either.

This can be a good value w an easy hack. Go to lowes or home depot, get a nice piece of board to your liking, then go home, sand, finish and you have a solid wood table for fraction of the cost of a full wood table.
