I think I have this one. Video blinks out for a few seconds a couple times an hour.

Also worth noting: that half foot orange cable that comes out is the one you connect to your computer, which means you need extender cable if you are thinking of doing a clean docking station type look.

My experience has been the opposite so far. The only time I needed help, their support was very responsive and helpful. YMMV but it's definitely not one of those alphabet soup "brands".

Actually, I like the 9-in-1 even better. Comes with a free cable that drives the price of the dock down to $26. Same specs on paper. Thoughts?
