Not steel cut (rolled) but they're Organic, gluten free, have super clean ingredients, ancient grains, have less than HALF the sodium, less sugar, more fiber, and you get 3 varieties instead of two. And if you just want to try of 8 packets instead of committing to 32 packets, you only have to spend $3, not $20. Smilie
