$79.99 is the usual price. $74.99 only comes around a few times a year.

Have not. I and others have posted about their absence.

correct, been missing for me since 12/23... happy to see the people claiming they were gone for good were just running their mouths..much like other isn here claiming they've been available the whole time....lol
I saw them in December 2025 in Bay area, most probably sunnyvale or santa clara or almaden or santa cruz.

Yes, you can. You just have to change the payment method to the gc balance in your account. I did this last year when I signed up for uber one after stacking GCs.

I was reading the 1 star reviews. Many said their Uber rides pricing went up, negating the discount. Any one with similar experience?

(I have used them previously. Mostly for Uber rides. Costco didn't carry them for a while. They just brought it back yesterday. I know because my account was running low. I was looking to buy a while. After seeing the 1 star reviews, I started to wonder about it)
I can tell you if you gave Uber One it has changed a lot in the last year. I never get discounts for food locations when I used to get 15% off a lot and 40% off enough. They will do some for retail or convenience stores. The amount of stores that offer deals like buy one get one has decreased significantly. The combo of 40% and BOGO was amazing especially when you were getting GCs for 20-25% off. The Costco deal is really the only discount I can get know and try to find a BYGO or a $15 off $40 deal. You can only order the digital GCs from Costco once every 2 weeks and they will deny and refund your purchase even if a day early. Never been in a brick and mortar or I would grab multiples of available.

Uber charges you higher fees and rates when they realized you're using these gift cards and Amex for payment

General Observation: Once you add gift card to your Uber/Uber Eats account, you get less promotions...

I think 3 times and around Black Friday is usually one of those times
So don't expect this pricing until holidays or Black Friday?

Also those who collect Wells Fargo rewards, they usually discount those uber and other cards by 10% . Not sure when the next one will be.

There is a rumor that these may no longer be sold at Costco.
Everyone was freakin out because they were not available for a few days

Rumor likely based on that

Again, glad to see it back , but definitely the normal deal and not slick

There was already a thread , OP could have just commented there

$74.99 worthy of posting

But then again , when its $90 at BB people think its a good 🤷🏽 ♂️

I can wait for these to be $75. I still have over $400 worth of these left in balance. We primarily use them for Uber eats pick up orders. I used to get those bogo deals on Uber eats, but lately have noticed a lot of restaurants are baiting the customers into thinking they are getting the deal, in fact they are not. The same item ordered directly from them actually costs half. And the bogo items have super inflated prices. The portions are reduced drastically on those bogo things. Observed this in restaurants at 7 different cities in 3 different states. So don't fall for those bogo baits!

Yes, limit still enforced. I have multiple Costco accounts to get around purchase limits on GCs and other in-demand items.
how to create multiple costco accounts without raising red flags? use different email and phone or what? but the address will be the same for me....
