and the non-stainless with thermometer is even cheaper at $229. I bought mine 4 years ago and it's an amazing countertop oven. I've used it to make everything from macarons to full roasts to frozen tendies, A++

Which one is better? I assume it's more than just color/finish. This seems to have a be a "higher" model dt551 vs dt251. But they look similar.
