this power bank is cheap, works great with my Milwaukee vest, and lasts all day without any issues: https://a.co/d/05ykRzv
For those who like tinkering you can buy a usb c pd tigger and mod the voltage to 20v and this thing will have you sweating.
Community Reviews
Milwaukee's M12 heated hooded jacket is a battery powered layer that works best for taking the chill off in mild cold, especially when worn snug or layered under a coat. It gets praise for helping on 50 degree mornings and for outdoor chores above about 10 degrees, with true to slightly large sizing and a comfortable fit when sized right. The main caveat is warmth, since the heat can feel subtle and may not be enough for sub zero weather or long time sitting outside. The listing is battery holder only, though a battery and charger combo is also available on the same page.
people who want to use a power bank setup instead of the included M12 battery because multiple commenters said a USB-C power bank via an adapter works and can last all day (and one noted it's more comfortable/longer lasting).
buyers who plan to layer for colder conditions because commenters said it may not be enough by itself in colder climates and works better when layered with a cold-gear base layer or a heavier coat.
people who need heated warmth for short outdoor tasks in mild weather (around 10°F and up) because they said they're fine throwing it on over a tee shirt for shoveling as long as it's above ~10°F.
San Diego-style users who want a heated hoodie for ~50°F mornings because one owner said it works great there and that it's basically "heated blanket technology" in hoodie form.
people expecting strong heat for cold outdoor use because multiple owners said the heat is subtle or barely keeps them warm, even on High.
buyers who want to wear it in sub-zero temperatures because one owner advised against using it in sub-zero weather and said it doesn't provide enough warmth for walking or sitting outside.
people who want to rely on a mismatched battery bank because one commenter said the paired battery bank they tried only goes to 10V and called it a bad match.
buyers who need even whole-body warmth for long outdoor work all day because a commenter said heated vests/jackets can give more warmth in spots and that they prefer layering (base layer + good coat) for more consistent warmth.

Also, when it comes to size, I feel it runs true to size if not a little big. I'm 6'1" and about 245 lbs. I found the 3X to be too large around the belly, but if you're on the heavier side the 3X will work well. The 2X was a perfect fit for me.
Also, Milwaukee's 12 V / 2 A battery would be about 24 Ah, right? So take that into consideration. The typical 10 Ah power banks we've been seeing would only last about 40% as long as the battery Milwaukee gives estimates on.
