this power bank is cheap, works great with my Milwaukee vest, and lasts all day without any issues: https://a.co/d/05ykRzv
For those who like tinkering you can buy a usb c pd tigger and mod the voltage to 20v and this thing will have you sweating.
Community Reviews
Milwaukee's M12 heated hooded jacket is a battery powered layer that works best for taking the chill off in mild cold, especially when worn snug or layered under a coat. It gets praise for helping on 50 degree mornings and for outdoor chores above about 10 degrees, with true to slightly large sizing and a comfortable fit when sized right. The main caveat is warmth, since the heat can feel subtle and may not be enough for sub zero weather or long time sitting outside. The listing is battery holder only, though a battery and charger combo is also available on the same page.

It can take the chill off in mild weather, but it may feel subtle on High and is not enough for sub-zero temperatures or long time outside. It works better around 50°F or when layered under a heavier coat.
This listing is battery-holder only, so the battery is not included. A battery-included combo is also available from the same product page, and one option shows the jacket/battery/charger bundle on sale for $99.
Yes, the jacket can be run with a barrel-plug-to-USB-C adapter and a PD power bank. A flat power bank can be more comfortable than the older battery holder, and the setup may last longer than an M12 battery.
It runs true to size to slightly big, and a snug-but-comfortable fit works best for heating performance. A 2X fit well on a 6'1", 245 lb wearer, while 3X was too large around the belly.
The standard hoodie is not the warmest option for wind or colder conditions; the TOUGHSHELL version is the one called out for windproofing and extra warmth. For very cold weather, layering or choosing the tougher shell is the better fit.

Also, when it comes to size, I feel it runs true to size if not a little big. I'm 6'1" and about 245 lbs. I found the 3X to be too large around the belly, but if you're on the heavier side the 3X will work well. The 2X was a perfect fit for me.
I do agree you need a size that fits snug but comfortable. I have a large at 6 ft tall (average build) and I dont think a medium would work.
