this power bank is cheap, works great with my Milwaukee vest, and lasts all day without any issues: https://a.co/d/05ykRzv
For those who like tinkering you can buy a usb c pd tigger and mod the voltage to 20v and this thing will have you sweating.

Milwaukee's M12 heated hooded jacket is a battery powered layer that works best for taking the chill off in mild cold, especially when worn snug or layered under a coat. It gets praise for helping on 50 degree mornings and for outdoor chores above about 10 degrees, with true to slightly large sizing and a comfortable fit when sized right. The main caveat is warmth, since the heat can feel subtle and may not be enough for sub zero weather or long time sitting outside. The listing is battery holder only, though a battery and charger combo is also available on the same page.
The jacket can work over a T-shirt for outdoor tasks when temperatures stay above about 10°F.
The heated hooded jacket can provide useful warmth in around 50°F mornings with no extra heavy layering.
The toughshell heated version is described as windproof and better for extra warmth than the standard option.
The combo hoodie deal can include fast delivery and a new battery when purchased as a kit.
The jacket can feel only subtly warm even on the High setting, which may disappoint expectations.
The battery-holder-only version does not include the battery, so selecting the battery option is necessary.
The jacket may not provide sufficient warmth for sub-zero temperatures, especially for standing or sitting outside.
The paired battery bank can be a poor match because it only outputs 10V.

Also, when it comes to size, I feel it runs true to size if not a little big. I'm 6'1" and about 245 lbs. I found the 3X to be too large around the belly, but if you're on the heavier side the 3X will work well. The 2X was a perfect fit for me.
Also, Milwaukee's 12 V / 2 A battery would be about 24 Ah, right? So take that into consideration. The typical 10 Ah power banks we've been seeing would only last about 40% as long as the battery Milwaukee gives estimates on.
