They sent me ear buds that were already registered to someone else so they can't be tracked by my own phone in the tracking app. So unless that person removes these ears buds from their account I can never use the find my earbud option....

Bought this deal the other day. Mine came in box looking brand new. Nothing on the earbuds or mesh. All ear tips included. I still alcohol wiped but....

Listing says they are "New Damaged Box - Inventory is in Brand New, Unused & Fully Functional". I assume that this company gets a batch of them from various retailers and takes their word for it, but I would hope they aren't trying to pass off used ones as new.
