I used to have to drive stakes with a surveyor, and I really wish to find a good deal on a huge 28 Oz hammer with a handle so long I could use two hands.

I don't need to do that anymore, due to changing positions within the same company, but sometimes I still am on the lookout for that really big Texan Style Hammer of hammers.

Craftsman is not the Sears quality from the past. I would not expect much. @ElLobo11 is right to be worried about the handle

How about an SDS+ Hammer Drill, My electrician showed me the technique for grounding stakes, works great for driving any kind/thickness of stakes and its incredibility fast driving long stakes - FAR better than a hammer

Interesting, it's kind of crazy that we make power tools of a lot of hand tools, but there's not a common Hammer power tool by this point unless you use one of those.

In for one, this color will look great flying through a car window when I hit it with the zero turn mower after my kids "borrow" it to dig a hole in the mud (which I will later turn my ankle in) this spring.

Lowe's and probably Ace Hardware. I had a 3/8" socket wrench go bad a while back and I was able to swap it out at Lowe's for a new one.

Solid looking hammer, hate that they used AI to generate the photo of the model holding it.

I have this hammer. Been great for the last 2 years. Handle isn't sticky.

If it does, just wrap with friction tape.
