250 sqr ft change per hour is not very useful in most situations. One would want 5-8x per hour depending in what you are trying to filter.

The world is 3D and these filters have higher filter efficiency and are less annoying on low vs high, so buy the biggest one you can afford.

Of course the AI answer says it has a CADR of 326 CFM for smoke, which would be impressive, but is almost certainly wrong by a factor of 10.
