It doesn't specify so unlikely. However, might want to scope out your local DG first to see what payment options are allowed on gift card purchases. Some only allow cash payment and some do allow paying with CC (mine does).

With Costco quit carrying Doordash and Uber this is would be the few reliable/straightforward methods to get 20% off for Doordash. Stock up if you need them.

I wish I had a DG that was closer to me so I can stock up on the DD gift card since costco stopped selling them. Also only want to buy with a credit card and not cash. Hopefully costco brings it back like it did with the uber gift card

My store they only let me buy one at a time no limit and it's cash only for gift cards. So as long as you can keep track of all the cards you buy your good for whatever.

keep the receipt until the card is emptied. I list the card balance with a Sharpie on the card.

Rumor has it the contract has ended, they have disappeared from Canadian stores for a long time now, and recently they also disappeared from a lot of IS warehouses. The online stock only become available again like yesterday, it has been unavailable sinceblate Jan. Buy them while you can, we don't know if this could be their last restock, or potentially a renewed contract.
