It was a war zone.
The Chex Mix was pulverized, and the thin scAmazon cardboard didn't protect a single case. The post office had to tape the box together, and we had 36 loose cans of dented soda rolling around in Chex Mix dust.
A quick chat later, and Amazon refunded the ENTIRE order. To be honest, I'd expect nothing less in this situation.
Remember, there's a simple rule -- if you get it in such a poor condition that you'd never buy it in-store, you should complain. And not just use their automated Al junk, talk to a human and make a complaint about packaging. It won't get better until they realize it.

Before you claim some pretend rationale....remember the same AI also looks for patterns and there will be no grand Senate hearing for your account. It will just be banned since it "looks" like possible fraud.
So "remember the simple rule" to choose wisely when buying Amazon fragile items, since (it seems) many times, it comes in the worst shape possible.
