Owned one to use as side monitor in portrait mode, for game wiki, maps and strategy guides, while gaming on a nicer 4K as main. It does not compare in quality such as clarity and sharpness, then again the price reflects that. Odd thing is that I had burn in after displaying static map for a day...on an IPS and new condition. Still, I did simple pixels refresh then off a day, and all is well. Overall, a good second helping monitor, especially if main display is also 4K.

I just bought one of these about a month ago, upgrading from a 27" 1080p monitor. I thought this was amazing clarity. Granted, I updated from garbage to this. Curious what's considered excellent since you said it not as clear. Thanks!
