I'd def avoid buying chips S&S unless you're not expecting anything else lol. I've never gotten any bag that wasn't crushed to bits as part of an S&S delivery. Not really sure what the thought process is. "So he's buying some chips, and a 128oz jug of fabuloso. Let's throw them in the same box."

Yeah I get that, but if it comes in crushed (which I have had only 1 time) Just call up Amazon and tell them they usually refund right away and no need to return, sometimes they refund the whole order. I try to see what I have coming and pick another day for the chip delivery if I can. \o/

Maybe a year ago, definitely 3-5 years ago. Today? You'll be lucky to get a refund for actually returning an item properly. Amazon customer support has turned into straight con artists.

My entire S&S order are Sun chips and Kettle chips. You can go to setting and ship that order out immediately. Push the heavier items to the next order. Work smarter, not harder.

Never had problem returning to Amazon.

Return at Whole Foods or Kohl's and you will get a refund as soon as the item dropped off.

I recently returned non-refundable items (dented cans). Connected to an AI agent and was refunded immediately. Took 2 minutes.

Seriously?? I to this day, even 2 days ago have no problem with either online or phone returns or getting credit. Been doing it for years. Online is a little goofy they seem to want to hide it, but if it says this item can not be returned, I call and all gets refunded.

I hope your luck remains strong. I'll give you an important note for the future, if they ever say you can keep the item or dispose of it? Wait until after the return window passes to throw out packaging/give away/dispose of it.

I've had it happen SO many times. Several times not just crushed but the bags popped open and chips all over the delivery box.
