My Chase Sapphire card has an offer for 30% cash back, it may be worth to jump back for a year.
Costco has most items I buy at the warehouse, I gave up on Sam's 2 years ago, as the only thing I bought there was Evian water.

I despise Costco. Parking hell, long lines (even self-checkout) and everything good has turned into Kirkland brand (which can be good and bad). I actually enjoy Sam's as they have most everything Costco has and they have a true Scan-n-Go in the app so NO LINES! And with Plus membership, I get in early (Costco has similar on their Executive membership). Parking is easier too.

I got the offer on my Freedom card, and it is 30% (with max $20 CB). Is it the same for your Sapphire card offer?

Costco parking spaces are much safer with borders, so you are much less likely to get cart or other vehicle causing me door-damage from careless folks. The bad thing is yes, you often need to park farther out since they cannot fit as many vehicles in the same area. I call it a big plus. I always park far out at Sam's to keep my vehicle safe anyway.
Costco has lines because they are more popular, but they move fast.
I also really wish Costco had Scan and Go! This is such a nice feature at Sam's. Costco took forever to just get self-checkout ramped up. They seem to really lag behind with high-tech improvements.
Costco has some very nice employees with good attitudes and great customer service. Sam's is like going to WM. Good luck finding help at all, let alone any who act as if they care. They both have good and bad employees, but Costco really crushes Sam's in this area.
Costco returns are the best.
I can still find plenty of name-brand items. I do appreciate them offering their own alternative (Kirkland) for less than name brands. They source from some of the best mfgs for many of their Kirkland items. I have not really been disappointed in anything Kirkland, but again, they have excellent return options.

Sam's Club may have better prices on meat, especially beef and ground beef. I used to have both Costco membership and Sam's Club membership. Since Sam's Club is a little further away from me, I didn't go there often, but I remember better prices on beef than Costco.
Since I am hosting a grad party in a few months and need to buy meat, I am thinking about joining for Sam's Club again.
