No they are fantastic. I've owned every Pro version these are miles ahead of the 2 and absolute crush the OG. AirPods are priced to crash after a few months following release. MSRP is heavily padded to capture early adopters willing to overpay. Once those sales are made then the price drops to reality. Also loud rumors of a more advanced AirPod Pro version to be announced in the next few months. It will not replace the 2s, just be the new AirPod flagship with AI functionality using the soon to be released new Siri. So the price dips might also reflect Apple getting ready to lower the Pro 2's MSRP to make room for the AI model

Hopefully others price match. Amazon is too much of a gamble with possibly getting "LPN" labeled returns or fakes with Apple Care issues.

I've heard from people that tried both that the frequency response isn't as good as app2. battery and anc have been improved tho.

Fit is very hit or miss it seems. People either love or hate the way they fit your ears from what I can tell. I personally feel like the AP2 fit my ears better for longer listening comfort, but find the AP3 better for exercise with the tighter fit for my ears. The ANC and battery life is better on the AP3, but overall audio sounds better on the AP2. Again, all subjective.
