Not to throw on my tin foil hat here, but I noticed they stopped showing up IMMEDIATELY after a whole incident where an Amazon driver drove on my lawn (on camera) and I had to open a case to be reimbursed for damages after getting quotes for repair.
Moral of the story, don't report damage if you want those sweet S&S coupons, I guess :/
