What makes this a good deal? I've been looking for one of these but don't have a baseline for what would make a good deal. When we're talking about large lithium power supplies I'm most interested in implemented safety designs to protect me from catastrophe and whether they actually deliver the power promised.

Nothing really . Big brands are 40 cents watt hour on sale - anything cheaper is inventory clearance - old model / old tech . What to buy depends a what your going to use it for . Camping / power a computer / power a fridge / power a well pump / power a tv . Then it's how much power for how long - the power station is 80-90% efficient back to ac and draws power itself . You want to power a 10 watt led - runs for about 34 hours A 400watt desktop computer playing video games - about 45 minutes .What find out how much power something uses - buy a tiny one or get a kill a watt meter
