This is the same code, and it's not recognized at either TSC or LC. Unless someone already used it at TSC, and they have a weird error message saying the code isn't recognized instead of saying it was already. used.

Thank you for letting me know! That was the TC code, I must have messed up the copy/paste on the LC code. I will edit the comment. Others were mentioning issues with claiming codes in the TC app, it could be that.
