So you would pay $12 for one but not for two. How about this buy the offer and send me the extra one we both win.

It's oxymetazoline, like every other nasal decongestant. What's the difference?

You shouldn't use this and other nasal spray decongestants regularly (no more than 3 days in a row) because it causes rebound congestion. Better to use pseudoephedrine pills (get it from the pharmacy counter at Costco/Sam's). Though insomnia is also a side effect of pseudoephedrine so maybe pseudoephedrine during the day and this at night is optimal.

use nyquil. also be careful for taking antihistamines with pseudoephedrine in it that are long lasting - it'll keep you up at night if you don't time it. Ask me how I know... 😅

This product 100% has its place and can be very helpful, if you follow the directions. The directions clearly state to not use more than 3 consecutive days. If you don't think that you can restrain yourself on day 4, then sure, avoid this product.

For allergies or frequency sinus issues, Flonase/fluticasone should be your daily driver. Again, need to follow directions and use it daily. Not just when you have a flare up
