Absolutely worst machines. Starting from Saeco, to Philips buying them out, these machines die prematurely due to pump failures and a nightmare to clean. Delonghi Magnifica are much better as I have both and it's much cheaper, easier to clean, instant warm up and easier to use as well...same coffee beens taste better as well!

Agreed on all counts. My 3200 sprang an internal leak and completely electrically (tripping gfci) shorted out at a bit over three years old. Before that it had been having problems with a sticking solenoid valve that would sometimes cause it to dispense steam/water internally rather than through a sprout or LatteGo. Garbage quality and a constant headache. Bought a made-in-Italy Delonghi Dinamica Plus and it's been a night and day difference in quality between the two.
