This is expected to retire later this year, and based on reviews, it will likely increase in price when it does. If you want one, this is a good deal. Get one before all the resellers do.

This is an amazing set to build. It's got a lot of little 1x2 pieces that stack on top of each other to make the background, so that can be tedious, but the final product is beautiful. I put it together a few months after it came out, and I've had it sitting on a bookshelf in our upstairs loft ever since.

most sets appreciate in value post retirement. you can check projected value on brick economy.

Meh, clone sets save money up front, but they don't resell well. So if you want to go through sets, you end up losing money on clones, vs the potential to make money by just sticking with the IP creator over the Chinese rip-offs. More money up front, but less loss in the long run, with the potential to make money.
