Rtings says bright and responsive but poor contrast and weak HDR color. Technically a 165Hz panel with out of the box overclocking. Regularly sells for $200-220 brand spiffing new. If you're shaking your head at the year the video card/desktop PC market is having/about to have, this might be a decent monitor to tide you over until the AIpocalypse/DRAMageddon finally breaks and a truly 4k capable system is a viable upgrade again.

I will get every chance to report VIPoutlet. I have delt with them several times on eBay without issue. On my last order for 2 RIG headsets for Playstation from a deal that was posted on here, I was emailed by them they only had one in stock and shipped that 1 to me. Its description was open box but it was obviously used when I got it. I emailed them and told them that I was never refunded for the other one. No response for days so I open a dispute on eBay. They quickly responded and told me to close out the dispute so they can refund me. I did and a week later, no response, refund or anything from them. This was my first time disputing anything on eBay so I was surprised that once you close a dispute, you cannot reopen it. Buyers beware of this shady company. Remember, I have delt with them several times in the past with no issues, but no idea why they decided to be shady here.

As you have unfortunately learned..never ever close a dispute if you still have an issue on eBay or PayPal, especially based on a seller or buyers promise. Only do so after a resolution has been completed.

Since you have it in email or messages, you could still have done a charge back with your cc company.

Buyer beware! Not "brand new with damaged box, these are used item, with missing items, and very poorly repacked. I ordered 3 of these monitors for a triple screen setup. All of them came scuffed on the frame, fingerprints on the screen, two were missing power adapters and the third with a cracked screen. I would not have commented if only one screen had an issue, but all 3 monitors had issues. Steer clear of VIPOutlet.
