Ive tried a few options and have always returned due to artifacts/glitches, even though they stated HDCP 2.2, HDMI 2.0B support etc. I literally just want to send an Apple TV 4K to 2 TVs.

Curious to know if this is capable of splitting a 1440p image at 120Hz on dual displays. I wonder if these are currently on sale on their website.

It is not a SPLITTER. It is 4 way fancy amplifier.

Switch is usually 2+ sources to one target TV, this is not that. This one is one source to 2+ TVs at the same time.

Says splitter on the product itself. Not sure what the definition of a "switch" has to do with whether or not this is a splitter...

The OP is technically correct in this case. The word 'splitter' is just for product discovery/marketing. Splitting would implies that 4k input would perfectly split to max of four 1080p output and nothing else. 4k input to four 4k output is technically duplicating/amplifying the signal.
