Got one for my sister for Christmas so she would feel safer in parking lots at night, her husband immediately took it and started playing with it. I think I'll have to get him his own (or my sister another one) so that she actually gets to have one for the intended purpose.

Bought 2 on aliexpress half a year ago or so. One for $11, one for $13.

Kids love them, and it's a really handy flashlight you can clip on your clothes while working in the dark. It's perfect for that.

Two downsides:
*it doesn't have memory, you always have to go through whole list of options to get what you want. It's a pain in the butt to do rgb spinning that kids love. And if they press any button it resets and you have to go through the list again.
*battery life isn't greatest at top brightness, it's maybe an hour and a bit. However I think that's the tradeoff to keep it small/cheap.

So get this light if you want a toy for kids or light for working in the dark. Do not get this for trail running. Don't expect it to be a huge big light that lights up 300 yards.

If I didn't have two I'd buy one for $17, but I'd probably wait for sale on aliexpress maybe. Although with inflation and tariffs who knows?
