Don't worry after they destroy everything they'll bring the pc to a family member or shop that knows computers and tell them it's their fault it's not working anymore. Ask me how I know dealing with these kinds lmao

I bought two z790 boards used like new from Amazon last year. This one and an MSI Project Zero. No issues with either one. The Asus appeared to be brand new and the Project Zero probably got returned because people don't read.
This isn't Best Buy and you're risking your cpu and thousands of dollars of other components if something goes wrong.
wouldn't bent pins on the socket mean the cpu does not mount at worst and not posting at best? Let's say that ruins the CPU (doubtful): How would your GPU, RAM and SSD be shot in that scenario?

i buy a fair number of used like new items from Amazon...
PC components isn't one of them, had far too many broken garbage or incorrect items sent to me to risk it.
Microcenter is the only place i ever buy used PC components from, they actually test everything.
