This LG G5 OLED bundle stands out for flagship picture quality, a free soundbar, and included professional install, with the stand and five year warranty adding value. The 77 inch price is viewed as close to the best it is likely to get, and cashback or card offers can stack on top. The main drawback is that promo codes have been inconsistent, and the price appears to rise after heavy traffic. It looks strongest for buyers who want the premium panel and bundled extras.
Common Questions (5)
The G5 is positioned as the flagship upgrade, with higher peak HDR brightness expected than the C-series and a better build plus warranty. For price, one shopper found the Samsung S95F around $2,670 plus tax on EPP, while another got $2,834.99, making the LG deal cheaper in that case.
No. The BIGGAME10 code does not apply to the 77-inch G5 bundle, and it also failed on the 65-inch model and the 65-inch cart. A separate random 3% coupon did work for at least one checkout.
Yes. A 2% cashback offer showed on the LG Partner Store, Capital One Shopping had a 5% offer that did not work in one checkout, Capital One credit had a separate "Spend $1,000, earn 10,000 miles" offer, and an Amex Cash rebate card had a 4% LG.com offer that also worked with the partner store.
The new bundle includes a 5-year warranty, free soundbar, and professional install, while refurbished units can be much cheaper but come with only a 2-year warranty. A BrandsmartUSA eBay refurb 77-inch G5 was cited at $2,349 before coupon and about $1,879 with a 20% coupon.
It is close to the best price point mentioned for this bundle, with one earlier October deal at $2,285.10 including an S95TR, XBOOM speaker, and stand. The current offer is still attractive because it includes the stand and a free soundbar, and the stand alone was valued at about $200.

I found the 65" at Best Buy for $1936 (no free sound bar).
Anyone know if the 65" G5 gets any lower? I just started shopping so I don't have historical data.
On SDR I do notice the extra brightness, but my room isn't the brightest so I probably don't need that.
On Dolby; it REALLY depends on the content. I mostly stream show and movies.
Some movies like Frankenstein look extremely good with great hdr brightness.
But most content it isn't much better than c5 or s90F level of HDR.
Also the white is blinding on the menus when set the max brightness , and the tv can get bright but I feel like the color brightness is better on the qdoled and it's more even.
What I mean is that the colors are similarly bright to the white in qd oled but ok the g5 it is not close and that comes thru the content.
Also the low luminance scenes on the g5 are worse than my older s90C. It loses saturation. I did see this in some reviews.
I do appreciate the better built quality of the tv and the warranty .

The 77in is currently $2349 (they got all the models up to 97!) with the coupon you'll pay $1,879! And for example with the 77 inch they've sold 92, so they're really moving these, it's like they got all of the refurbished stuff from LG.
Also my model and box seemed brand new
Here's the link- https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_...kw=l
maybe everybody don't actually click on the TV links just look at this main LG page otherwise they might see the boost in traffic and hold off on dropping the coupon again.
What you guys could all do though is message the seller and say hey I missed the 20% off coupon, I'm waiting for that to come back... If enough people do this they'll run another flash sale like they did for me I had been asking them to drop the coupon and then they did for a couple days
there's C5's on this page too! 77" 1500! $1,207.20 with the coupon when that pops up again, you can ask also ask eBay to make sure they message you when they drop theirs. They do that a few times a year they're due in a month or so probably
