This is a decent board. It has 8 60A power stages + a decent heatsink, which is pretty much the best you can expect at this price, and it can even handle 16-core Ryzen parts. It has no power limit, unlike many other sub $150 boards. It will be absolutely adequate for 8-core 9800x3d or 9700x.
The connections are adequate with 3 NVMEs (two to the CPU, one of them 5.0), 1 type-c at the back and 1 for the front panel, 10 type-A (8 at the back, 2 up front), plenty of sys fan and a-rgb connectors, and even a PS/2 port for folks with old keyboards like myself.
Note that rev 1.0 of this board comes with an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 card, while rev 1.1 is equipped with a Realtek Wi-Fi 6E RTL8852CE.
The Intel card is better, but there's no indication which revision is on sale. You can check it in the bottom-left corner of the board.
