You should use a CPU bottleneck calculator but judging on proformance score should not not be held back at any resolution above 1080. At 1080 only about %16 held back which is small the ram and storage a more likely to hold you back.

It will probably be the proprietry PSU which prevents an upgrade to the 5080 Elon.
