Perfectly said. I got the airpods 4 deal from them last month: perfect in every way. I got the samsung buds fe the same day from them: glad they have an easy return process for that defective dud.

Yup... there's also zero communication with the seller so your only option is to trust the eBay return system and only communicate to eBay if something goes wrong. The seller will not respond to anything.

Similar story here, the AirPods I received were iCloud locked and they were radio silent on eBay.

I tried them once and also received a pair that was FindMy locked. It was also quite dirty which was to be expected since it is used.

OOS, I took a chance and bought a pair. But so far I've had bad luck with VIPOUTLET, zero quality control.but returns not so hard
