I also prefer how the climateline hose exits at 90 degrees and swivels on the 10 as opposed to straight out the back on the 11.

If you have insurance though, Adapt Health while difficult initially, eventually set me up with a brand new machine AS11, supplies for 3 months, and more at 6 months, with an expected total cost of less than $290 oop and then the machine becomes mine. This is at 20% responsibility which will soon become 0% which means I will likely pay less than $125 oop. While insurance sucks, if you have it and use it, it can make sense to claim, and get all your supplies.
Also, if you rent to own, make sure you check the run hours in the service menu. Home2Go sent me a used machine which had 30 plus hours on it, that one went back.
My first machine I still have, AS11 also, I bought off Craigslist, had less than 30 hours, and got it less than $200 which is still an amazing price. Many people give up and then sell with minimal hours online.

If you change settings though, and go through insurance, it will likely affect your compliance.
one that works best for me was the the AorTouch N20 nasal with L pillow air cushion
