I also prefer how the climateline hose exits at 90 degrees and swivels on the 10 as opposed to straight out the back on the 11.

Also if you have insurance similar to mine for one of these where you don't have any copays and only a deductible and you always blow through it then you're better off doing the rent to own or whatever your insurance company allows.
I just got one of these models from elsewhere(rent to own) and initially made me think I had a piece of junk as the tank on the first try didn't seal. Since that moment though it's been great. No problems whatsoever.
Your PCP can write a prescription via home sleep test if they are willing. It saved me money when mine did it this way.
I showed him the 'study' my Samsung watch did showing I had sleep apnea. He ordered a sleep test that was shipped to me by USPS. I did the test for three nights, and returned the unit.
He wrote Rx for CPAP, which basically says put it into auto-titrating mode. I bought this unit form CPAPNinja for $500 during black friday. It's all mine. Don't have to worry about compliance checks (but I I'm compliant) or someone else changing my settings from remote.
