Community Reviews
Osaki's AI Grand Duo 4D massage chair stands out for its feature set and strong massage performance, with dual rollers, 4D intensity, and a compact footprint that fits closer to a sofa than a huge recliner. The Costco delivery experience is also described as easy, with inside placement and box removal, and the return policy adds some protection if it fails. The main concerns are price, since similar chairs are mentioned for far less used, and durability, with reports of squeaks, rough massage, and breakdowns within a year or two. A premium chair with real comfort appeal, but the long term value is the big question.
