I agree is not cheaper, but let's put price in things separated: (Prices from amazon - using minimum price)
FHD screen(120hz + multi touch) - $120
1 TB NVE PCIEX4 - $150
24 GB DDR5 8000 = $434
Hail effect joystick= $40
without the CPU, case, ports, speakers, windows license and etc. we already have the total of: $744.
I know laptops are cheaper and more powerfull(my wife has a geforce 5050 into her $799 laptop) , but I like the comfort of playing my games anywhere, something even the laptop can't offer.
If was my first and only PC, I will never get one. As a complement, is very good.
The only complaint is the screen, 7" is too small , 8" will be perfect. (8.8" is too big for portable)
