I bought this in 2022 (for slightly more) and found the plants to be good quality.

Don't worry. They're tiny and most don't last long. I got this 20-pack a couple of years ago and only the jade plants survived, but those jade plants are very happy and they've filled an 8" pot by now. Natural selection works 😂

This is a good deal if you're into raising small succulents. I got this 20 pack last year. Well packed, all arrived intact. Carefully hardened them off for planting outside in my rock garden. At the end of the season I brought 12 of my favorites inside to overwinter under lights, they all look great and I will plant them out again in May.

The number one problem people have with keeping these succulents alive and thriving is over watering. These are desert plants so when it comes to water, less is more.

We have 40-50 plants in our home and have purchased these succulent 20-packs twice. We don't over-water, read every guide, they still die. Maybe they last longer/thrive for people in desert regions.
All our other plants are full of life, happy, etc. We even use plant apps to figure out what's going on with the succulents.. we give up

I'm in CA and just buy the cuttings on Amazon. The climate here allows succulents direct soil planting even without roots. It's cheaper:
