People need to stop posting this Woot stuff without proper disclosures—they are international versions with no warranty from Samsung (90 days from Woot if they would even honor it).
Better getting a 2024 model (only difference is less storage- 32 vs 64gb) for this price from a legit source.

If you don't use LTE not much, but it wont have the proper/full LTE bands for the US as the international version. And there is no warranty; Samsung wont honor warranty on a model for outside of your country. You get the 90 day Woot one, if you can get them to ever honor that (highly doubtful).
If you live in the US this isnt a good deal. If price is an issue get a 2024 model for about the same price, which is the same exact watch with 32gb storge instead of 64gb with the full bands and full warranty. Trading this one in/selling it later will be much harder to impossible in the US too.
