This flashlight goes on sale so often, I'd be shocked if anyone bought it at full retail price. The all-time low price that I see on CCC is $9.99

I bought one of these from a deal posted a whole back and it's one of my favorite EDC lights. I keep it on my car keys, and it's so convenient to just pull it out the base and it's on, and it's pretty bright given the size. The magnet is strong and I would never think it would fall out on its own, and the built in USB is super handy and doesn't really take any extra space as the keyring hole is in the middle of the USB slot, and they send you silicone covers for it so the pads don't get damaged.

The Olight iMini 2 is a tiny rechargeable keychain flashlight that stands out for its pull off, snap back design and strong magnet. It is handy for keys, dog leashes, car work, and quick everyday use, with light that is bright enough for its size and more focused than a phone flashlight. The built in USB charging is convenient, and the included rubber or silicone cover helps protect the charging contacts. The main caveats are that it is not very bright compared with larger lights, it is very small once detached, and the price often drops lower than $13.97.

  • The flashlight's strong magnet attachment keeps it from falling off during everyday keychain use.

    TheOgresamiam185Turbotalon

  • The built-in USB charging can be convenient for car charging while the light stays compact on keys.

    TheOgrechubs05Turbotalon

  • The pull-off base design turns the light on when removed and off when snapped back in.

    TheOgreTurbotalon

  • The USB area can hold up after months of daily key-ring movement and repeated charging.

    ibdpcgcancerman

  • The light is not super bright compared with larger flashlights, so it may feel limited for high-output needs.

    samiam185Turbotalon

  • The $13.97 price may reflect a standard sale level rather than a standout discount versus other sale timing.

    pharaoh248heyskitch

  • The USB port area may be the first component to fail due to how the USB connection is reinforced.

    cancerman

  • The charging-while-on-the-keychain claim is uncertain because the USB cable length may be insufficient.

I've purchased several of these.
Great light, great gift.
Long lasting charge, very small, durable design. I've got a brand new one as a backup when (if) mine ever kicks.

How to get that deal? Also you forgot the best part. It can be charged while still on the keychain.
Buy one because it's so useful. I am not sure you can charge it on a keyring. Never tried it but I don't think you have enough length to do it.

If you were looking to get one mini ones for keychain hook-up to easily carry, this is it. It is tiny but incredibly bright enough for what it it is and will do the basic job if you needed little lumens to look something-it is bright enough. The magnet is super amazing-it quickly and securely attaches and I see no way it can fall off on its own. The carabiner has so far not disappointed me because sometimes the carabiner opens up and you lose your attachment but this one's pin looks to be tight and secure. I charged it once when I received it in October last, and has not needed to recharge so far-though I have barely used it. The standby charge is holding steady. I bought it around $12 or so when it was listed then.

This is an amazing light and I've purchased several as gifts. Just a heads up though that a new version with higher lumens and USB -C was recently released. I was able to get the new one, with an i3E EOS flashlight, thrown in for free. Paid $26.99 + tax and free shipping.

Now this looks great! Will keep an eye out to see if this one goes on sale.
