Lunar Lake is great for everyday use; it's definitely fast enough for typical laptop uses (and there is only about 10-15% difference between the Ultra 5 and Ultra 7), and has fantastic battery life for a Windows X86 machine. Also, the iGPU (130V or 140V) is easily good enough to do some gaming. And I don't mean "games from the last century." Sure you'll need to turn some settings down, and in some games adjust resolution, but I game on mine all the time at well over 60fps (things like Insurgency: Sandstorm, Dirt Rally at over 120fps). And given the efficiency of Lunar Lake, it's possible to game for hours on battery. In a thin and light laptop.
Regarding this particular Acer Aspire laptop, it's a good machine for the price. The only real downside, in my opinion, is that display could be brighter and have a wider color gamut. But for the price, I really don't think you can complain.
