That may true, but this version is marketed towards users with wrist issues.

MX Master 4 is more accurate and responsive with it's 8,000 DPI. This one has 4,000 DPI

Exactly. This is not a gaming mouse.

I have two of these, and they are worth it for ergonomic.

I also have the Mx master 3 for gaming purposes.

True, but the MX Master 4 isn't a vertical mouse. So this is like comparing 0-60 times between a hot hatch and a pickup truck - largely irrelevant because people are buying them for completely different reasons.

This mouse literally saved my wrists. Been using it for several years and am pain and numbness free. Kids save your bodies and start early.

Price matched Amazon's deal to shopmyexchange.com to get it without sales tax. Took about five minutes on the phone to do that. Had to point out the model number to the person helping me out.

This is good timing. My hand fell asleep playing Skyrim today. Retirement and carpal tunnel? Get a vertical mouse.

In for one, as this one is a little over a year now. I love this mouse, but I wish they used longer life buttons. I use it so much, that they always wear out just after a year.

Happened to me too... the left switch has issues. some using an air duster will fix the issue. it fixed mine temporarily.

The lift is smaller. Good if you have smaller hands. I have average-to-large man hands. I bought the lift because it was cheaper, and my pinky drags on the desktop when I use it. Not a huge deal, because I have a full-size desk pad, so it's not like dragging that pinky hurts or anything. But the MX vertical would definitely be a better fit for me.
