If you're in NYC and having trouble with this offer (as the total keeps coming out to $358.31), use the generic promo code "Welcome" after entering your address and seeing the "Add promo code or gift card" option appear on the lower right portion of the checkout screen.

You'll have to pay shipping ($8.99), but you'll be over the $359 total to trigger the offer. My final total was $368.10 so I'm out of pocket $9.10 after the credit triggers. Not a bad deal.

P.S. - It's ridiculous that shipping is also taxed.

Wish I had some use for this; i think my garmin instinct solar 2 already tracks all that I think. This sort of stuff kills me since I miss this value from having the card (especially with their fee increase and program changes)
