The Logitech G920 bundle stands out as a force feedback wheel, pedals, and shifter setup that can be pushed well below the sticker price with the right cart tricks. Adding a micro USB cable or racing adapter has dropped totals into the mid 160s to low 190s, and the student, military, teacher, or medical discount brings it to $149.99. The shifter and clutch pedal make it more appealing than entry level wheels that lack them, though the gear driven force feedback is noted as loud. The included springs are not compatible with these pedals, and the coupon codes have since gone dead, making it a solid bundle when the discounts still work.
Common Questions (5)
Adding the 1m Micro USB Cable can drop the bundle to about $165.58, and adding the Racing adapter can bring it to roughly $192 before tax. The DRLUPO code also worked for some carts, but the F-SHIFT code is dead now.
The site advertises 20% off on 2 items and 30% off on 3 items, but the extra 10% did not apply in practice. The best checkout result reported was 20% off, and adding more items could remove the discount instead of increasing it.
The springs are not compatible with the pedals included in this bundle. They are only useful with Logitech pedals sold separately for about $380, so they should be removed if you are buying the G920 set.
Logitech offers 25% off through SheerID for students, military, teachers, and medical workers. That brings the bundle down to about $149.99 before tax.
A solid shelf or board, such as a 2-foot piece of 1x12, can be clamped to the desk to create extra overhang for the wheel and shifter. Avoid particle board and use quick clamps or C-clamps for a sturdier mount.
