The battle of the S16's -- Vivobook vs Zenbook. Very similar specs at the same price with Vivobook having 32GB vs 24GB memory, but Zenbook being thinner with Ceraluminum chassis. Also Zenbook does not include 10-key so keyboard and trackpad are more centered. I think Zenbook > Vivobook with regards to build quality. Good deal here if you need 32GB.

On the other hand, performancewise, for these normal Ultrabooks (Not to be confused with ZenBook Pro), ViVoBook is more powerful, allowing the CPu to go up to 55W and maintaining 45W sustained, vs Zenooks 35W sustained and 45W Burst (PL2).

Sounds like Vivobooks run hotter and louder then?

Not much hotter as it is thick and the cooling system is much robust and bigger compared to ZenBook, but definitely louder. Zenbook S16 model is specifically optimized for lihter design, higher battery life and very less noise, with slight performance compromise.
