I was able to purchase for PC, Android and eventually iOS. For iOS I was able to purchase from Epic using a VPN set for EU. I was not able to install on iOS because the game still shows as $6.99 on the app store. There is no way to install from Epic purchase to my iPad. iOS game is in my Epic library as I research a workaround
