Milwaukee's M18 ROVER triple panel light stands out as a versatile jobsite light for crawl spaces, sheds, and other spots without power. It fits tight spaces better than the Packout triple panel light, runs all night on a big battery, and the dual power setup adds flexibility for indoor work. The light is heavy for its size, and the 120 volt AC input does not charge batteries. Pricing also drew pushback, with the $122.99 deal seen as still expensive for a basic light.

  • Tradespeople working in crawl spaces, because the panel light is essential in tight confined areas and fits where a flashlight is inadequate.

  • Home improvers lighting a room without outlets, because it runs from a battery and can sit in a cubby without taking up floor space.

  • Workers needing an all-night area light, because it lasts all night and stays handy on long jobs.

  • Buyers replacing a bulky triple-panel light, because this version makes more sense when the larger light is rarely used due to size.

  • Shoppers expecting a battery charger, because the 120V AC input does not charge batteries.

  • Users who need a lightweight tool, because it feels way too heavy for what it is.

  • Buyers comparing it to a basic utility light, because its output is viewed as similar to cheaper alternatives.

Thinking its overprice =/= not having a need for it. Reading comprehension lmao
Since we're on the topic of reading comprehension, are you commenting on thoughts about this particular product or the flashlight that the other guy was talking about?

I have this and like it but I feel like it's way too heavy for what it is.

i keep this in the shed where there's no power outlet with a big battery. it also works great if i put it in a bedroom cubby while im doing laminate flooring instead of using my tower to take up floor space. ya it is still pricey but a lot of these dual power ones with this level of light output will cost at least 100.

I'm a Milwaukee fan, but I'm confused like some of the other commentors. This is effectively the same output as the Ryobi light that's $50 with a 4mah battery right now. I genuinely feel like Milwaukee gets away with a little bit too much on items like this. It's a light. It's absolutely not special and even on sale down to $123, it's still an absolute ripoff. These types of accessory tools are their cash cows.
And I say all of this as a Milwaukee owner myself. You people need to get a grip.
