Yea it works ok. Spray it in the gasket the window edge runs in, far left and right side where the glass runs.
Do that with the window down of course then run it up right after. Cycle it up/down a couple times and apply a 2nd time after.
You can also spray on the door gasket that seals to the body and will keep it from sticking in the winter.
