And the others will get upgraded as they are released. When I bought it, it was all HD, and Apple has upgraded the first two to 4K. Unless someone buys the rights away from Paramount, the upgrades should continue.

Are there remaining movies in the series available on 4K discs yet? Don't they have to be available on the 4K discs before they're available in 4k digitally?

Purchased at Fandango, I did find out it was not MA. So not only that. I see that in the collection shows 4k for two movies on the website. But when buying it, it does not give you 4k, it charges a $5 upgrade each movie to 4k for both part 1 and part 2. So I'm not happy about it. I don't know if I can get refunded that.

I've called and got a refund under similar circumstances before. Id call them and say specifically that you thought since the movies themselves listed as 4k you thought you would get them with the bundle in 4k.

Yes, but Apple provides free 4K upgrades as they become available. Only parts 1 and 2 right now, but I bought this bundle back when it was HD, and now 1 and 2 have been upgraded.
