edit: some lifetime and inactive users are getting it per comments below. still no dice for me, but I don't have any marketing emails from Tivo enabled.

I got the email (Lifetime only) but the link would not work!
The email looked fishy and the link on the Tivo website just kept redirecting me to the same Tivo page.
The Disney link worked like a charm. I'm tempted to combine it with the Hulu offer of three free months and just $1 more per month after that.
I'm a lifetime OTA subscriber so it's a nice perk.
